We accept returns on most non-furniture items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable.

Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For white-glove furniture deliveries, our carrier will call you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
